  J. Armand Bombardier Museum teams up with pilots to support educational success
  Valcourt ­ Several pilots taking part in the Grand Prix Ski-Doo^® de Valcourt have accepted the J. Armand Bombardier Museum's invitation to meet youth to promote their attendance at school. On February 16, Dave Asselin, Sabrina Blanchet, Danny Poirier, and Jennifer Parent will each lead a 30-minute discussion at the Museum as part of the Hooked on School Days project.

  150 guests come to the opening of Bombardier Today
  Responding to repeated requests from visitors, the J. Armand Bombardier Museum in Valcourt, yesterday launched a temporary exhibition that places the spotlight on Bombardier, the multinational corporation. 150 people came to the opening and Monsieur Laurent Beaudoin, Honorary President of the event and Chairman of the Board of Bombardier Inc. was in attendance.

The sprocket wheel/track system), an impressive new exhibition. Armand Bombardier Museum in Valcourt, today inaugurated a temporary exhibition entitled The ingenuity of J. Armand Bombardier... the sprocket wheel/track system. Armand Bombardier Museum is pleased to invite you to the opening of a special exhibit commemorating the invention of the sprocket wheel/track system celebrating the 75^th Anniversary of this ingenious mechanism that forever changed the development of transportation on snow and rough terrain.   Meeting of antique snowmobile collectors: Launching a new tradition!
  
  Last Saturday, during the festivities associated with the family-oriented winter festival, Valcourt fête l'hiver, the J. Armand Bombardier Museum welcomed a group of antique snowmobile collectors - some 108 in all, who brought more than 60 superb antique machines and snowmobiles to the first ever such gathering. Close to 600 visitors from every corner of Quebec, showed up to inspect these beautiful snowmobiles from an earlier time. Much to the delight of locals and visitors alike, the collectors paraded their snowmobiles through the streets of Valcourt, then set them up in front of the museum. It was a unique activity that is gathering more and more followers every year - a tradition that is sure to be repeated in the future!

  To mark the 100th anniversary of the birth of Joseph-Armand Bombardier, the Musée J. Armand Bombardier will have a 100 hours free admission from February 8 to February 23 2007. The new exhibit ion Joseph-Armand Bombardier, A passion for invention and entrepreneurship, will take visitors on a journey of discovery through the history of the Ski-Doo^® snowmobile, which now boasts tens of millions of fans worldwide.   Valcourt hosts two new exhibits in 2007
  In celebration of the 100th anniversary of Joseph-Armand Bombardier's birth, the J. Armand Bombardier Foundation (the Foundation) will present two new exhibits in Valcourt next year. Beginning February 8, the J. Armand Bombardier Museum will open a permanent exhibit called Joseph-Armand Bombardier 1907, Birth of an Inventor, and beginning April 15, the Yvonne L. Bombardier Cultural Centre (named after the founder's wife) will host an exhibition of the works of artist Frederick Simpson Coburn.
